Yeah, the Serps do seem to hit from the moment they open fire.
Executors are the worst, as they use Electron Blasters, maintain an orbit of 30+ KM, and hit you every single time and WELL.

Originally by: TomB Serpentis Blaster boats have too long fall off, just as players had before. This will get hot-fixed very soon.
Not just wrong falloff, the Guardian Executor orbits at roughly 10 times what it used to (2 patches ago).

Executor uses Railgun now, Serpentis battleships all had blasters before and no threat to players good at keeping at range.
I just checked, it still drops Electrons and appears to have them on its hull. Something overlooked? ;)

I know my Dual 250's from my Electrons ;).
The barrels of the Dual 250's are very small, and barely poke out, whereas the twin barrels of the electron are long and distinct.
Its an Electron or im blind :)

Hey, TomB!
See this here Guardian Executor. Those don't look like any kind of rails to me! Infact, I could have sworn they were Electron Blasters. This very NPC even dropped for me a nice Modal Electron.
Still sure about what you said? ;)
